A 25% deposit {non refundable} is required to secure the booking with the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required if within 6 weeks of arrival.

We offer discounts for small groups who only require 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Please enquire.
Arch cottage:- Our pricing is based on 2 people sharing one bedroom, small additional charge for 2nd bedroom this helps us keep costs fair for couples while still accommodating small families of 3″
Meadowview:- You will have all of the farmhouse plus how ever many bedrooms you require and have booked . Price based on number of bedrooms required

Yes, we have free private parking and enough space for up to 6 cars. We can also accommodate minibuses if we know you are arriving with one.
We have fast WiFi and good mobile signal. Our TV’S are smart TV’s and use the internet.
Our cottages – 5 bedroom farmhouse sleeps upto 10 people AND We now offer the farmhouse with the option to have just 3 bedrooms sleeping upto 6 people and also with just 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people.
