About Us

Welcome to our family-run business, where the love for our land, animals, and creating memorable experiences converge. Nestled in the heart of a working farm, we take immense pride in offering a tranquil stay in an authentic Welsh farm environment. With a deep-rooted connection to the land we call home, we have spent our lives tending to sheep and cattle, cultivating a profound understanding of nature’s rhythms and the beauty of rural life.

Our journey into the world of tourism began over 30 years ago when we expanded our operations to share the wonders of our farm and its surroundings with visitors like you. In the early 80s, we embarked on a project to renovate a historic C16 farmhouse, ensuring its heritage was preserved. One remarkable feature of the farmhouse is the kitchen door, which seamlessly fits into a curved wall. It’s important to note that this unique characteristic is an original element, curved many years ago by skilled craftsmen. By retaining the oak beams and old original doors, we have preserved the farmhouse’s authenticity, allowing visitors to witness the stories of generations past through the original floors that still remain.

Over time, we transformed barns into cozy holiday cottages, with a portion of them serving as our very own family dwellings. Each cottage reflects our passion for preserving history while embracing modern comforts. In 2021, we took the opportunity to renovate Arch Cottage once again, infusing it with eco-friendly products and lime paint and carefully restoring the original timbers. The result is a delightful fusion of sustainable living and timeless charm.

During your tranquil stay in our authentic Welsh farm environment, you have the opportunity to embrace the serene rhythms of farm life. You’re welcome to immerse yourself in the natural wonders that surround our farm, whether it’s exploring the picturesque landscapes or simply finding solace in the peacefulness of the countryside. Our utmost pride lies in cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. Witnessing our guests create cherished memories with their loved ones brings us immense joy.

As a family-run business, we pour our hearts into ensuring your stay is exceptional. While we may not have hobbies beyond caring for our animals and spending time with our grandchildren, our passion for providing a remarkable experience shines through every aspect of your visit. We invite you to embark on a truly tranquil stay in an authentic Welsh farm environment with us, where nature’s beauty, warm hospitality, and cherished moments await.
