My partner & I loved our stay! Sue is the perfect host, very responsive and kind. We found the cottage easily (I was so happy about this as I’ve stayed in cottages in wales that took many long, bendy country roads to reach) however this stay has such an ideal location! A 2 min drive to the local village of Brecon – which we found a “murder mystery” themed night at a pub called The Foundary. As well as insane foods at the Gorkha & Khukuri – authentic Nepalese restaurant, we loved the food, after a long drive we were happy to only drive 2 mins from the cottage to the restaurant. The location is completely ideal for those wanting to visit Brecon Beacons & waterfalls. Must say our favourite part above all, was waking up to look out the window to see all the cute sheep going about their day!!

This cottage is a great location for visiting Sugar Loaf, Pen-y-fan and the 4 Water Falls. the town of Brecon is very close and there are good pubs nearby serving homemade food. the cottage is rustic authentic, cosy and had everything needed for your stay. Kitchen was well equipped with loads if pits and pans and crockery. We stayed 3 nights and the Town of Brecon was a short drive away. Communication was good and all went smoothly. We almost run out of loo paper though but survived. A great place for a large group. We would come back.

A 25% deposit {non refundable} is required to secure the booking with the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required if within 6 weeks of arrival.

Preferred payment is by BACS . We can also take debit and credit cards via Stripe a secure network

We offer discounts for small groups who only require 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.

Arch cottage:- Our pricing is based on the use of one bedroom, with an additional charge if the second bedroom is needed. Since the cottage has two bedrooms, this helps us keep costs fair for smaller groups while still accommodating larger parties when needed.”

Is there a play area for children? Do we have Parking ?

We have a basic lawn area where children can play freely without parents having to worry about damaging flowers in garden areas. Our main focus is on window boxes and pots of flowers located by the door and windows, allowing for a safe and enjoyable play environment.

Yes, we have free private parking and enough space for up to 6 cars. We can also accommodate minibuses if we know you are arriving with one.

Wifi and Mobile Signal and smart TV?

We have fast wifi speed and mobile signal is good on most networks.

The Televisions are smart TVs and use the wifi.
