A 25% deposit {non refundable} is required to secure the booking with the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival. Full payment is required if within 6 weeks of arrival.

Arrival time is 4 pm. and departure no later than 10 am. I can send a text / whatsapp message . if it is available earlier and it might be possible to depart later depending on next guest arrival time.
We have a basic lawn area where children can play freely without parents having to worry about damaging flowers in garden areas. Our main focus is on window boxes and pots of flowers located by the door, allowing for a safe and enjoyable play environment.
Yes, we have free private parking and enough space for up to 8 cars. We can also accommodate minibuses if we know you are arriving with one.
We have fast wifi and mobile signal is good on most networks.
The Televisions are smart TV and use the wifi.
